Project Team
The England Authority went through a process for selecting an airport planning and engineering consultant to carry out this project. THE LPA GROUP INCORPORATED in association with six team members was selected to conduct this project. Operating through its 21 offices located throughout the southern United States, THE LPA GROUP provides engineering, architectural, planning and environmental services for the development of airports, roads, and bridges. The team is supported locally by Pan American Engineers, Alexandria, Inc. from Alexandria, Louisiana. Pan American complements the team by offering specialized local experience in the areas of airport engineering. The members of the LPA Team are listed below:

England Authority staff and key representatives from the Authority will also play a key role during the project. These individuals will meet at key points throughout the master planning process and provide input and recommendations to the consultant team on key planning issues. Coordination meetings with the England Authority staff will be conducted primarily to review the materials prepared in the working papers, as well as to establish revisions. Comments received during these meetings will be considered in preparing the final report documents. The general public will also afforded additional opportunities for input at key milestones during the project through both the Public Meeting process as well as this project website.
